Accountivity is seeking an Sales Representative to join our dynamic Temporary Recruitment division. Here at Accountivity client satisfaction is our first priority and we strive to excel in all we do. We are looking for people who share our vision.

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of success in recruitment and partnering with Hiring Managers with the ability to quickly build a strong network of candidates in a specific market. In this role you will be part of a high-energy team where you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process, consulting and providing decision support throughout the recruitment cycle to Hiring Managers.

Major Responsibilities include:
  • Partner with Hiring Managers in order to effectively establish talent requirements
  • Cold calling prospective businesses and explaining our suite of recruitment services
  • Provide pricing and recommendations to each client based on their current/upcoming needs
  • Effectively manage candidate and client relationships throughout the recruitment process
  • Posting and marketing open positions on social media and job boards
  • Making on site presentations to clients
  • Coordination of RFP/RFQ documentation
  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads and activity to ensure sales growth
  • Manage some existing accounts and continue to grow revenue
  • Ensure that all contractors are contacted regularly and address any concerns they might have
  • New business development within your assigned portfolio as well as actively responding to leads ( call in or online )
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Previous sales experience a must
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Must be results driven and thrive in a fast paced and competitive environment
  • Post-secondary education is a must, and an understanding of accounting principles is a definite asset
