Bilingual Pricing/Contract Administration Specialist

POSITION: Bilingual Pricing/Contract Administration Specialist

CITY: Mississauga, ON

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Permanent, Full-time

SALARY: $50,000-$60,000 + benefits + pension

Job Description:
  • Understanding customer contracts
  • Maintaining accurate and complete contract information in a Terms and Conditions Database
  • Billing set up in JD Edwards
  • Ongoing maintenance of customer contact information and pricing information
  • Daily communications with both internal and external customers to provide documentation and reporting as required
  • Handling customer disputes
Job Requirements:
  • Fluency in English & French required (reading, writing and oral)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in finance/accounting, pricing, billing or accounts receivable
  • Strong computer aptitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to adhere to month end deadlines
