E-Billings Coordinator


POSITION: E-Billings Coordinator

CITY: Toronto, ON

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Full-time, permanent

SALARY: $45,000 - $60,000

Job Description:
  • Generate, review and submit invoices to clients
  • Monitor and track acceptance or rejection notifications and advise billing professionals as required
  • Act as point of contact for discrepancies and find resolutions
  • Work cross functionally to resolve billing issues and improve processes
Job Requirements:
  • 4 years work experience in a similar role within a professional services firm. Law firm experience is advantageous and preferred
  • Prior experience with Elite Enterprise (Version 3.6 and up), Elite 3E is desirable
  • Proficiency with MS Office 2010 applications (Word, advanced Excel and Outlook)
  • General knowledge of accounting functions, including invoicing and cash receipts, as well as time docketing and internal controls; also basic knowledge working with budgets and invoice appeals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
