POSITION: Credit and Collections Specialist
CITY: Oakville, ON
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temporary
SALARY: $24/hr
Job Description:
- Manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts (2,000+)
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- B2B Collection calls
- Account reconciliations
- Manage DSO
- Hold and release of customer orders
- Liaise with both internal and external customers
Job Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3 + years of relevant experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP & pivot tables)
- Previous experience working with SAP an asset
