POSITION: Payroll Administrator

JOB ID: 7786

CITY: Woodbridge, ON

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Permanent Full Time

SALARY: $50,000-$60,000 plus benefits and flex hours!
Job Description:
  • Responsible for processing payroll for 1800+ employees across Canada in a multi-provincial capacity
  • Assist with adjustments and payroll reconciliations as required
  • Respond to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare ROEs and T4's as required
  • Distribute paystubs and pay checks
  • Assist with month end and year end close duties
  • Process payroll remittances and source deductions
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a requirement
  • 3+ year of relevant payroll processing experience is required
  • Pursuing PCP designation or fully designated is an asset
  • Intermediate MS excel skills are an asset (pivot tables, v-look ups)
  • Experience working with Payworks or Ceridian Dayforce an asset
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment is required
