Property Accountant


POSITION: Property Accountant

JOB ID: 7913

CITY: Downtown Toronto, ON

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temporary

SALARY: $25+/hr

Job Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing a portfolio of 4-5 commercial properties
  • Hst reconciliations
  • Year end tenant’s billings
  • Lead the year end audit for each property
  • Monthly reporting
  • Billings
  • Reconciliations
  • Approval of manual billing
  • Accruals, as well as explanations of accruals
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Variance analysis
  • Cam tax
Qualifications:
  • Post secondary education (University Degree)
  • 2+ years of Commercial property experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Advanced MS Excel skills are required (pivot tables, v-look ups, Macros)
