Accounts Payable Clerk


POSITION: Accounts Payable Clerk

JOB ID: 8012

CITY: Mississauga, ON

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temporary

SALARY: $18/hour+

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process 20-50 complex invoices daily
  • Handle invoices with up to 30-line items
  • Match PO’s, various lines, items, quantities and values
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Vendor inquiries and reconciliations
  • Manage invoices for various Canadian regions
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Review P&L when due
Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience processing complex invoices
  • Good mathematical and intermediate-level Excel skills
  • Must have experience using ERP system(s)
  • Must be driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of urgency and diligent work habits
  • Able to work well independently
  • Proven problem-solving ability
