POSITION: Finance Trade Spend Administrator

JOB ID: 8110

CITY: Etobicoke

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Temporary

SALARY: $15/hour+

Job Description:
  • Download merchant reports and extract data from customer portals
  • Locate correct deductions and data entry of information as required
  • Process cheques and deductions to assist in clearing a backlog
  • Create weekly reports for finance team using MS Excel functions, such as pivot-tables if required
  • Communicate effectively with sales and other departments within the organization
  • Make recommendations to procedures, processes, and system reporting as required
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in a junior accounting/analysis focused role
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills are a must (pivot tables)
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment is a must
  • Experience working with Oracle software is an asset
  • Detail oriented with excellent data entry skills pertaining to speed and accuracy
  • Ability to multi-task under minimal supervision
